Olga Malinkiewicz Awarded the Title of Lecturer of the Year by the University of Children
On June 9, representatives of the largest universities in Poland, scientists and specialists from many different fields of science met at the University of Wroclaw. Once again, the best-rated tutors were also awarded the title of Lecturer of the Year of the University of Children.
The conference was opened by prof. dr hab. Adam Jezierski, Rector of the University of Wrocław. Then the guests were welcomed by Anna Grąbczewska, president of the Foundation’s board. After a short summary of the Foundation’s successes (an increasing number of students of the University of Children, as well as teachers and pupils using novel lessons scenarios), it was time for the most enjoyable part of the conference – the award for the title of Lecturer 2017/2018 at the Children’s University.
“It is a great honor me to be awarded by students of the University of Children. Explaining scientific concepts to such a young audience is one of the most difficult challenges a scientist may face. I am more than happy that students not only liked my lecture, but also decided to award it as one of the best lectures they had this year. It was a real pleasure.” – comments Olga Malinkiewicz, co-founder and CTO at Saule Technologies.
The awards were given by prof. dr hab. Adam Jezierski, Rector of the University of Wrocław and the Board of the Foundation: Anna Grąbczewska, Bogusława Łuka and Monika Zwierko-Odachowska.
