Saule Technologies is already on the stock exchange!

Starting from 25 May 2022 Saule Technologies shares trade under the abbreviated
name SauleTech and ticker SLT on the New Connect tier of the WSE. Earlier in
May the commercial court registered 1) an increase in Saule Technologies capital,
2) change in company name, 3) change in company headquarters address and 4)
changes in company articles of association. Following successful capital increase
Saule Technologies now owns 84,8% equity stake in Saule S.A. an operational
company which develops perovskite cells.

name of the listed company marks a symbolic end to our exciting journey to
become a public company through reverse take-over. Listing of company shares is
an important milestone in company development and a great motivation for
