Saule S.A. informs about completing a Due Diligence process of legal and financial inspection of Blumerang Investors S.A. Final Due Diligence reports contain post-inspection recommendations, the implementation of which will be subject to further arrangements between the interested parties. In the opinion of the Management Board of Saule S.A., the results of the Due Diligence inspection provide the basis for finalizing the transaction process after prior completion of post-inspection recommendations.
