Saule Technologies at the Conference of the Scientific Research and Development Center in Poland

The conference was attended by:

• Jarosław Gowin, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Science and Higher Education,
• Jerzy Kątcki, Deputy Director of the Centre for Research and Development in Poland, directing the activities of NCRD
• Marcin Chrzanowski, Director of Commercial Projects NCRD.

“Research is conducted at universities, but investment is the domain of entrepreneurs. The combination of these two areas is the key to success. Science and business should percolate, forming the backbone of Polish innovation together. We are on the right track, as evidenced by continued interest in ‘fast track’ program. Therefore, we announce the next edition addressed to the SME sector” – said Jarosław Gowin, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Science and Higher Education.

“We put emphasis on the implementation of the results of R&D to business practice. That’s why the proposals are evaluated by independent experts from business and science branches, whose task is to verify whether the project is innovative and how it responds to the market demands”– indicates Jerzy Kątcki, Deputy Director of the National Centre for Research and Development.

The invited guests had the opportunity to meet with four of the current beneficiaries, who presented their own projects which are being developed with the help of the funds from the NCRD program. Representatives of Saule Technologies were also the part of this group.
