Saule Technologies demonstrated digital ink-jet printed perovskites in Boston

Saule Technologies showed for the very first time, how to obtain and optimize perovskite films using a precision, non-contact digital ink-jet printing technique on foil substrates making the process easily scalable. The printing process is vacuum-free and compatible with the mass production environment. High resolution printed patterns could be a step toward simple, light-weight, flexible perovskite module preparation.

The presentation entitled ‘Digital ink-jet printing of the perovskite films for flexible models’ was given by Olga Malinkiewicz during the 2014 MRS Fall Meeting and Exhibit in Boston (December 2014).

The 2014 MRS Fall Meeting and Exhibit featured over 6,000 presentations, including more than 3,300 live presentations and close to 3,000 poster presentations.
